Rest In Peace - a tribute to lost adventurers

it is with a heavy heart that I address you today my fellow AT fans.
yesterday the 6th of september 2012, my beloved character Stoodge met an unfortunate fate.
his earthly form (phone) was unfortnately no match for a sink full of water.
this has been a difficult time as i had known Stoodge for his entire life (almost 2 years)
we had many exciting adventures together battling hordes of monsters, laughing all the way as we splatered their lifeless corpses into mush.
and even before all the splattering we spent many hours dicovering all the wonders that could be found in this (currently nameless) world.
from performing basic tasks for various villagers to the endless grinding through dungeons in persuit of fabled items, we had spent so many hours together it feels as though we were almost the same person.
although there had been others in that time (beast, dude, evil1) but i never managed to share the same connection with these characters and they quickly were lost into savegame oblivion.
he had helped me through probably the hardest time in my life and managed to keep some level of normality when everything else was going down the tubes.
he will truly be missed.
thank you.
