Found Gylew and his henchman. Is there a quest involving him?

southeast of the iqhan cave? Over a bridge and they have a camp site? If so, then the answer to your question is "no".

the quest writers love em!
we can just jump in at any of the open plot points & just write away!!!
[granted we are trying to keep open lines of communication,
so we aren't working on the same things at the same time.]
so basically, if we get done writing what we have before Oskar gets caught up on the next version...
we can just continue one of the many "loose ends" available to us.
