Right! Add the two caves, and consider the time it takes to kill each of the monsters, and the item drops, and I don't think you can beat it. Not at lower XP levels anyway.

Early on yes that is one of the better areas to grind. I spend a lot of time in Flagstone Prison for grinding while at low levels. The XP, Gold, and dropped items rate is really good there.

After a few runs from Loneford to Remgard (including Iqhan Caves along the way) that:

while grinding (killing every NPC along the way) that i gain an average of 144,284 XP per trip. =) lol
