If you look at the editor, the top left of the screen has two buttons, an import and export button, once you are finished updating you use the export button and copy the code in the boxes to notepad or something and save them as .xml files.

As far as an official process no, just submit updates to Oskar, either via here on the forums or at andors-trail@googlecode.com

I know no one has posted to this site in over 10 years, but I have a good friend that is playing this game and he's looking for a way to get into Nor City. Can anyone share with me the way for him to access Nor City? Any help is appreciated.

You can't get to Nor City yet. Or Feygard.
