AP Rollover

I have looked through the forums and while I have seen it touched on I have not seen the question asked outright. SO I guess I will.
AP has a limit of 10 (12 with skills etc. etc.)
Every round you recieve full AP to attack the mobs.
SO why is it that if I only use 10AP why do I not recieve the remainder AP on the next round?
Would this make it overpowered? I just think that it would be cool to stockpile a little bit of the AP to ensure that you can get a potion in when you really need it and still get your normal Attacks off.
Just wondering....

nice one. but IMO you should keep your fokus on crit hit % ..... then there are not 'second round"

I don't follow what you are asking. You are fighting multiple NPCs correct? You are at full AP when you attack npc1 and spend 80% of your AP to kill it. Round 1 is over. Npc2 attacks you and your survive. Round 2 begins and you are back at 100% AP. Are you saying you want to be at 120%?

I think some people have been killing stuff in one round for too long. What I think fire means is that on your second round, you should get the remainder of the ap you had left from the first round. Sp, if you had 12 ap and 5 attack cost, on the second round you would have 14 ap. I think the current ap system is more logical, as your attacks would get disrupted and you'd have to start your attack pattern again, but It's an interesting suggestion all the same.

Much better Thanks! Yeah I was thinking that if the Unused AP would rollover to the next round then some of the bigger weapons like the Gutsplitter would be more useful since the left over AP would move to round 2 possibly giving you 3 attacks in round 2 instead of the 2 attacks in round one.

Interesting idea, but it might have the potential to be over powered if it also works when attacking multiple enemies, and you also have cleave.
But maybe there could be a skill for this that only works for 1v1 attacks?

hmm something like "combat expert":
-lvl 1, you can transfer 0-2 unused AP to next combat round, preguisities combat speed 1and failure mastery 1
-lvl 2, you can transfer 2-4 unused AP to next combat round, preguisities combat speed 2 and failure mastery 2
?

I was thinking it would be a one point skill, and once you have it you carry over all remaining points to the next round.

Finally a reason to actually take Failure Mastery!!! Good job
