Thank you all for the warm welcome! I spent a lot of time reading everything, hahaha. This game is amazingly addictive. So much that I practically devote my PS3 time to this instead. Great game!!

The forums here is a great place for advice of general discussion of strategies, if you have any questions do a forum search and 99% of the time there is already an answer. If not there are tons of people here who would be glad to help.
