WOW! That soon?! That's GREAT! I can't wait... even another beta release would be terrific.

That is what magic finder is for.[/quote]

True PK, but you could spend 2,3 4 or more skill points in Magic Finder, grinding for weeks, and still not get the item. And maybe that is the design for this game, as their are store bought items that come close to L & E items, but still, if you killed 10,000 gargoyle trainers, and have no RoLS, that may be chasing people away.

I understand where you are coming from Duke. I have only put one point in MF ever and it was the first point I ever spent on my very first character (non-existent now). But anyway, I have 7 Legendaries (4 rols 2 elyr 1 rol) between two characters, never used MF and I never had to break the 10k kill mark. So maybee I'm biased because I'm lucky.

Grinding in AT is cruel. My grinder build had 5 points in Magic Finder and grinded for an ROL for 500 sparkling gems before he gave up... Went to the Gargoyle caves and got a total of 2000 small rocks before he gave up again... Then, went back to Prim, decided to do the dagger quest, and got the most useless grind item on the first try... And I didn't even want a pair of gloves of life force. I waste my luck on useless things. I deleted the grinder out of frustration.

Maybe it would be better, when the game is finished, to have a boss drop the legendaries instead of making us work so hard for them. I can understand grinding as something to do between updates, but when the game is completed... Will there be a boss that drops legendaries?

I've said this before, too ... I hope in the finished game they all get converted to boss drops.

Just thought of this, once the game is finished you can enter a place (plane of legends/cave of legends) where the monsters are ridiculously strong but have a strong chance of dropping legenderies/extrodinaries. That way you still grind for them, but once your strong enough (finished game strong) you could slay these beasts to make the grind easy.

Well I'll be, thanks for pointing that out xero, it is quite an excellent idea (about to go +1 it), great minds think alike I supposse. Seems as if I am always 3 steps behind or 5 ahead.

I had a similar idea, and it's under the "already suggested ideas" thread, where it's an end game dungeon with extremely high level enemies.
