Have any of you noticed...

When trying to dodge enemies, they amazingly intercept your path, and while trying to attack enemies, they uncannily dodge around you? When I'm trying to attack, I miss them all over the place! I couldn't dodge them that well if I tried!

It is very funny how well NPCs move around you considering that their movement is random.
Do you have any levels in Evasion?

evasion changes everything
but then again, when monsters move on their own...
the whole the game changes.
i can't wait to get my hands on another dev build running Oskar's 'pathfinder'

that brought a whole new level of pain (and excitement) to the game.
but don't worry ~ new features will balance out the onslaught.

Yea the thing is I want the assault to come to me. I'm tired of chasing the enemies down, and they somehow dodge my every move! Haha. When i try to run into enemies to attack them, their random movement dodges me to a frustrating degree. I welcome the hordes, so that they can all fall to my blade!

i tend to tap around them... [when i'm trying to "catch" them]
mostly at points that would move my character diagonally.
i also tend to tap behind mobs to try to "lock-in" on that hit / combat initiation.
(also tapping behind where i 'think' they might move)
not all screens are created equal,
but your device is picking up a lot of taps...
they won't always register & making things happen - so
try messing with the D-Pad / combat is much different
and also make sure you're aware of the options available....
you can make your hero avoid obstacles in the settings menu
this makes engaging in combat a little more difficult,
as your character is dodging edges (anything in it's way) to move smoothly.
[grinding for Legendaries & Bug Testing makes one do strange things for long periods of time]
there are a lot of tactics that i am saving for the official guide,
and i hesitate posting them as the current combat system is about to evolve.
[don't get too excited - evolution takes time / so they say]

Haha! That's exactly what it looks like too! I have literally ran circles around each other. And this is 4-5 different mobs in a cluster. And I'm TRYING to attack! I've run around and through mobs like that way too many times. Give me bloodshed!
