How is my build?

There are so many ways to go with builds, but getting Increased Fortitude early and two or more levels of it, seems to be pretty standard. Bark skin is nice for early levels, but perhaps not as important later on when monsters hit for higher dmg. The great thing with this game, is it makes you have to think about where to put those precious skill points. Once you get to Remgard, you will find some sweet equipment items.....helmet probably being the biggest. Good luck.

I did the math a few weeks ago, currently the highest dr possible with skills=gear is 14 (or 12 I can't remember.)

14, if i remember correctly.

5 from Bark Skin, the rest from equipment (wearing 2 jinxed rings)

I can confirm this one... 14 DR is the max what i have received ....

The only skills I have on my main are:
Increased Fortitude
Combat Speed
Bark Skin
Quick Learner

and I do very well with that build.

Don't have QL, but one in Regeneration, Corpse Eater and Dark Protection of the Shadow because of the quest where I did not keep the helmet. Doing very well too
