What about making several categories to prevent a too long itemlist in the inventory? I'm always hating it if I have to search for a specific item I want to equip but I just don't find it because my list is too big.

I'd like to see a scrollable bar that you can scroll from the left to the right or from the top to the bottom. Then, you click on a category and all items belonging to that one pop up.

I also want to prevent a too long scrollable bar so I suggest these categories:
sword, axe, club/hammer, other weapons, shield, headwear, armor, gloves, footwear, jewelry (rings and necklaces), potion, food and drinks, other items

(I just took all the item categories we have right now and tried to generalize them.)

What are your opinions?

I don't think it has been planned for know but if we added it in 0.7 it would be just awesome.

But we can generalize alot of things:
1. Animal parts and other useless items
2. Weapons (all weapons swords daggers ect.)
3. Armour (including rings and necklaces with sheild helms ect.)
4. Healing (including all meats and potions)

Just my 2 cents on that.

I guess most peoples inventory just got a whole lot longer.

The number of types of potions alone has at least doubled in my inventory....

This is something that as the game progresses we will be needing more and more.

Btw, what about a special category for your favourite items? By long clicking the item, you could make it "favourite".
