Board animations

What do the animations under the "topics" line mean? I see some with splatters with ! inside them and on some topics the little piece of paper shakes. Just curious if there is a legend or guide for those?

Go to the board index and look at the bottom of the page it tells u there.

It only shows the most basic ones. It doesn't include the animations or the ones with the little explanation marks.
