Well, Sarumar was at 300+ for quite a while even before the update... since the update, he must've been tearing through those poor monsters to search for new legendary items and even more exp.
Sure, you could get to a very high level, Nyktos and Sarumar even held a competition for first to 300. But that's not going to happen very easily. Even Mino has difficulty getting to that high, and his main build is well known for its quick learner investment... 25 points in it, if I remember correctly.
What I want to say is that you'd need a lot of perseverance to get to that high. Me, I'm famous for being disloyal to my characters. I make them, play around with them until max level 30, then delete them and try something new.
And as for the second point, maybe if you're competing with the best, the honour code won't be enough for you. But really, with the possible exception of myself, this is a rather friendly forum where the honour code is enough. Remember Sarumar's Andor's Trail Olympics? That was on the honour code, and nobody had a problem with it so far.
So, I don't really think there's a need to post your saves to prove anything, but that's just my opinion.
