Arulir Skins

Is Arulir skin a fairly common drop or not? I have lvled up once in that area and I'm already halfway through another lvl without having found a single skin (and it's lvl 58 at that, so I'm talking about 200k xp on that one map). Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a bug? or is my luck jst stinky?? Thanks in advance for your help!!

You are not alone. They are VERY hard to come by. It seems they should actually be listed as Extraordinary.

You are not alone. They are VERY hard to come by. It seems they should actually be listed as Extraordinary.
not extraordinary, just rare drop something like 1/100 chance

Is it my luck, or has the drop ratio for Arulir skins decreased with the latest update? They seemed a wee bit more frequent drops earlier...

There has been no change to the drop rates.
