i am now level 8 after playing for 5 hours and dying approximately 53456 billion times. Why is starting a new guy so hard? jeez.. i'd rather put my phone in the microwave than start another character again

Lol ya now a days starting over is hard. I suggest saying close to crosslgen or fallheaven killing snakes and dogs sell the meat and save up for better equipment

Grinding:
Beginner Level: Start in Crossglen and consentrate on taking out all the Small Rabid Dogs that can be found on the few screens around Crossglen w/o venturing too far. If you run in small little loops (Crossglen, east, north, south, south, east, west, west, south, north, north (Crossglen), Start again... you should be able to gain coins quick enough to get out of Crossglen easily.
Also i highly recommend skipping getting the mediocre (at best) items sold in Crossglen, and concentrate on trying to save up for the gear that you will end up using for a long time (Instead of buying the Challenger's Ring save up for the Polished Ring of Backstabbing or Villain's ring instead)
One you finish the easy quests in Crossglen and Fallhaven try to sneak your way over to the Crossroads Guardhouse to pick up some gear that will last you awhile. Going from the Southeast of Fallhaven and following the Duelian Road is fairly safe as long as you avoid the dangerous NPCs along the way. There are a few quests you can do in that area w/o having to fight anything and a few quests you can get 90% of the way thru (can be beaten at a low level but it takes extra time)
After Finishing up what you can I would recommend checking out Vilegard because they have some quests that are easy to finish at a low level and have gear that is worth checking out.
Hope this helps adventurer!

Thx for advice guys, I just started playing and I will do as instructed. One question, is their really no way to not get rid of being dazed?? I don't remember getting attacked by anything that would cause that to happen this early in game. Could this possibly be a bug?

There shouldn't be a reason for you to be Dazed right off the bat unless you are currently using a weapon of gear that gives you that status effect. Look carefully thru everything you are wearing and make sure none of them say anything about causing the Daze effect. If it's not from gear than it is a bug.

I just saw his post on the other thread and responded to it.
I figured it was going to be an equipment overlook. =)
As always, Happy hunting adventurers!
