Conversations/keyareas/replace area could use a "consumed more" or "consumed less" criteria.
If you've had less then 1 bonemeal, you can get in some place, if you've had more than 200, you can get in somewhere else !!!

Exactly what i was thinking Z! I was just reading your other thread before i posted my last comment on this one.
I think i will have to start a thread in the Dev Corner to brainstorm and put down some ideas for this.
I think Nyktos will like to hear about these ideas for Feygard and Nor City.
On my first and only character i play i realised that bonemeals are not a high level thing and found out that the quest started way back in crossglen. I bought my first bonemeal potion at level 25. So much cheaper to survive now

It might be less costly to stay alive... but who knows what the ramifications of consuming bone potions could be.
Why exactly are bonemeal potions illegal? They are much cheaper than other healing potions of such strength. Is it a cannibalism issue? Or is there some other issue with them?
