I've had game files where i have gotten to lvl 60+ w/o spending any skill points (Hard) and a few others that are 60+ but the only skill points i used were on Increased Fortitude for extra HP along the way (Easier)
Some times these builds can be great for when i get some crazy idea i want to test out, or when Alpha or Beta versions come out.
