Condition character build

Recently back from my slumber and playing v0.7 (kudos to Green Maze creator).
Been thinking about my next character build and came up with build relaying heavy on conditions towards monsters - my build is pure neg monster, 240+ AC, 150+ HP and crit will have very little importance. Not giving a full listing (yet) to prevent spoiling your creative thinking, so I am asking for your build ideas that rely on conditions.

Feel free to come up with as many builds as you like, but I hope to see:
  • pure pro character (best for character)
  • pure neg monster (worst for monster)
  • combo pro/neg (whatever combination you think works best together)
Aim for level 60 and please list all items, skills and their conditions. Keep in mind you can use any item available in the game, but if you plan a legendary (like RoLS) then you must also list an easy-to-get item too as an option for non-grinders. Finally please explain your thoughts for the build.

I built a character based on high block, taunt, concussion and minor fatigue. I call it The Paralyzer. taunt makes the monster lose 2 attack point everytime it misses and minor fatigue also reduces that by an additional 2 when its affected. Im using great axe of shattered hope for that. The basic idea is that if they cant move then they cant hit me. Im working on leveling up to get the concussion skill now. im gonna get my base block and attack chance up to 150 and then put all the rest into attack damage. i switch every 5 levels to a new stat to keep them evened out. this build does not rely at all on criticals since all the hardest monster are immune to it anyways

GoSH is a nice weapon, but learning Combat Speed 2 and getting a JoF will give you 2 attacks/turn.
Other than that, looks like a good build to me.

i dont know what a jof is but if you're talking about that helmet that gives an extra AP while equiped, then yeah, i was hoping to eventually find that thing. i just hope i dont find the armor before the helmet, cuz i like the armor i have now

oh yeah and i'll have to put 2 point into combat speed before i can learn concussion anyways :)

I was just thinking about getting the Taunt skill to go with the Great Axe of Shattered Hope and it's Minor Fatigue condition......how is that working? I think it would work really well together.

Back on subject if anyone had anything to add or a different setup than mine or Antison (tek?) I would sure appreciate their contribution
