OMG! I'm new to this game so I just saw this post. Please get well soon boots!!!!!!!

Maybe I can share something I discovered recently, this "Essiac tea." It has a good history and is very affordable, although I found the the preperation to be quite a chore. It's a tea that this lady in Canada used to cure cancer back in the 50s before they shut her down. :( I even found an old documentary about it from the 70s on youtube:

Rene Caisse. Essiac: Cancer Cure? Part 1 of 4
Rene Caisse. Essiac: Cancer Cure? Part 2 of 4
Rene Caisse. Essiac: Cancer Cure? Part 3 of 4
Rene Caisse. Essiac: Cancer Cure? Part 4 of 4

Now I never mixed this with chemotherapy and I don't know rather or not you should. I generally wont mix any two types of treatment unless I have a very high confidence that it's safe & productive to do so. However, in-between chemotherapy is a very good place to use it. I waited a week in-between. You can get it from many different online stores or possibly a local herb shop.

Darnit ! Don't let that get you down !
Your last chemo wasn't useless. At the very minimum, it was you showing that junk you're not letting it do as it pleases.

I really hope you'll get over that bad news and keep following your next treatment like a good and brave soldier ! I bet I can count on msp to ensure that...

I send you a truckload of positive energy all the way from the europe ! Good luck and hang on !

thanks Zukero its going to be hard to stay positive but im trying. I actually thought msp was going to take a swing at the specialist not because of the bad news but because of his deliverance of it. Was pretty uncaring just said oh your cancer is more aggressive then we detected it at its increased a stage and the results are back that RCHOP chemotherapy hasn't worked so we will see what else can be done. All this was told to me with out the specialist even looking at me to busy fiddling with his paperwork smh!

oh and thanks for the info Belrlls will have to look into it

What you are going though must be really hard. Don't take it out on the specialist though. When I was at university I lived with a medical student for several years, and he was taught to be impersonal. Partly that was to protect his sanity, but it was also (apparently) because doctors make better decisions when they treat patients as objects. Emotions distort decision making. I am sure the specialist is doing everything they can to help you.

I sincerely wish you the best of luck with this. Don't give up! Even when hope is dimmed, it's not gone. Look towards that hope, not away from it :)

Im not blaming the specialist at all. My whole issue was the delivery of the news. I mean at least look me in the face when you tell me the hell my body has been under for the past 5weeks was useless.
I know exactly what your saying I wasn't expecting emotions or feelings just a better delivery of the bad news.
Hard to stay positive but im trying my best. all hopes not gone yet.
