Things look quite good IMO. The only thing is, I wouldn't pick 2 levels in MF that early. I wouldn't ever put a skill in MF to be honest.

Yes, MF helps. But you shouldn't pick MF instead of IF when it's available, if you want a strong character. Some people needs over 15k kills to find a legendary item. Myself I've been quite lucky with a total of ~1600 kills in search for legendarys, and got 2 droped.

imho BC is a waste of time
hit them before they hit you,
and move before they attack if you're too weak to take the hit.

If the can't hit you then you don't need skills like regeneration, bark skin, corpse eater, or evasion.
You won't need to worry about equipment that decreases your BC either when you bump up your BC Ahigh enough that the decrease is greatly mitigated.
