Lost treasures Quest ?

-it is possible to complete this quest? if so where can I find the heart of lich? thanks for your attention.

The Lost Treasures quest is about finding heartstone, not lich heart, and cannot be completed as of v0.7.0.
There is a quest where you have to kill a lich, but it is a different one... and that one can be completed.
