what is the max lvl Quicklearner?

Hi. Im plan to maxed this quick learner skill. I wonder if its limitless? and how about skill like increased fortitude and the rest? they have limit?
also. I want to know how is the exp calculation in leveling up? it seems the exp gap shrink in about lvl 40.ish

There is no cap on quicklearner.

Each time you level up the xp to level up again goes up, lots of players who hage played to high levels will invest in quick learner to speed up the leveling process.

If you can level a character over level 400 I would see that ss. That said, it means there are 100 skill points available.

There really is not a maximum to any of the skills. Even the ones with maximums like the 4% merchant discount. At level 13 that skill makes you money at the shops....
For quick learner. Every 20 levels of that skill increases the exp you get from a monster 100% of original.
20=double
40=triple
60=quadruple
Etc...
At level 100000000 (one hundred million) quick learner gives you so much exp killing anything breaks your max exp.
That fully answers op question.

Yes it is possible, but the levels you would have to reach would be very high (and for this example) you'd have to invest every skill point into Quick learner.

20 skill points = lvl 80
40 skill points = lvl 160
60 skill points = lvl 240
