Hi ,
I just "raided" Lodar's stash , an bought some nice potions. One of them was Tears of the Shadow which has Shadow's protection effect ( condition category - spiritual) :
Constant effect : Increases block chance by 10%
Raises damage resistance by 2
Every round : Restores 1 HP

How is the constant effect applied? (Does it ever wear off?)
- Is it a permanent buff which adds 10% BC of my current BC ?
- Does it apply only to current BC or does it scale with gear?

The condition lasts for 20 rounds.
Within these 20 rounds your BC is increased by 10 (you have 41 => it rises to 51).
After these 20 rounds the condition and all its effects are gone (and your BC is 41 again).

Thanks ,the word constant fooled me into thinking it was permanent.

actually it adds 20 to BC and adds 4 to DR for twenty rounds because the effect is times 2. this is some really really good stuff!
