Any particular reason you want that spot? There's not much space there, and the map tiles would have to match up to the pathway to Mt Galmore to the west and the maps for the Elythara / Mushroom quests to the east.

I Don't Need Much Space, And Decided That Looked Like a Good Place To put What I'm Making.

My concern is not how much space you will need. I'm sure you can figure that out for yourself. ctnbeh13 also makes a good point that space can be available on more than one level. My concern is that maps must tie into adjacent maps, in a detailed way (trees, paths, rocks, all other details must match at the boundary). The path to Mt Galmore has been created. I'm not sure about the maps to the east. Your maps would have to tie into them, and you don't have them. I'm going to ping the AT master map maker, and defer to him.

I'm actually Only Thinking Of Making One Map Currently, and I Could Edit It If Need Be, Also, for Some Reason I Could not Open The Object Properties Using Tiled.

I would like to reserve a space in the western part of the great lake at Remgard.

The general Idea is to create a small island in the middle of the great lake at Remgard. Accessible from an underground area that would start for example in the (basement) of the Remgard church. The story of this side mission is something I will still have to come up with.

Ian is still with the project, and many of those maps have been done (over 30 of them in fact). Can you create your island in the lake west of Remgard? there is nothing in that direction.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask ...

In the mapmaking program (Tiled) is it allowed to add more layers?

For drawing, no (with the exception of Replace layers). AT will only render Ground, Objects, and Above. That is kind of limiting, and I would personally like to see an Above2 layer added, but at the moment that layer would be ignored.

What type of additional layer do you want to add?
