It's going very well (I've been ad it all day :geek: :D ) , butt I was just wondering if it was possible. A second ground or object layer would have been helpfull. Butt I will find another way. Still learning I guess

Initially I also wanted another object layer, but I can't think of a case where I couldn't do what I wanted with only one object layer. It just took more thought. There are cases where what I wanted is not possible without a second above layer, e.g a book on a table with a shadow falling on the book: The table has to be in objects, because it does not completely cover the ground, the book has to be in above, so it's on top of the table, where to put the shadow?

A fourth graphics layer, "Top" is now available. Like "Above", it will appear above the player. It is not in the map template or ATCS for a reason: it should be a last resort to create the map, because it may cause some performance issues on very old devices. If you add it manually the game will recognize it though.

Is the worldmap with reserved areas up-to-date? (Since its last updated in 2014)

Furthermore: Is there a list of abandoned projects/areas (besides mine  )?

Actually, no, it's not up to date. Perhaps I should fix that. Mainly, all the empty maps between Loneford and the river, east to Brimhaven, have been filled in. Raner has apparently lost all his work (kind of surprising to me given how much work he had put in, but I am a pack rat), so the area for "A village, hidden" is open again. Some maps on the way to Remgard have also been filled in, and Odin created some for an island in the lake west of Remgard.

Your project is not abandoned. We just didn't get it cleaned up for 0.7.2. It was originally on the list, but we decided that we had enough for 0.7.2, and getting something out after all these years was the priority.

I have a project from Omicron9g that adds several quests, but no new maps. I need to look through it. You were working on something else with Zukero (I designed some weapons for it). I'm not sure of the status of that. We also have outside maps for Brimhaven, but nothing else, and Ian has almost finished the maps for Mt Galmore, which is a large region.

Other than the above, we just have bits and pieces.

I must say that area I been dying to see and also the blocked area north of there and the rope you pull in the dungeon. Lots of work.. to be honest too many open areas and I doubt they will finish the game I think it's a game that will just keep going. But then again you never know

You can only go one map west of that, because any more risks overlapping with Brimhaven. There's nothing to the south, and nothing to the east until you get to the released maps by the river. Do you have something in mind for it beyond the one additional map?

Honestly the rope in the cave should open the latch up by the river. This area is a dead area so ghost and demons. Should be there. Besides that no sir I don't. Well I do for further north maybe a enclave of sprites
