Where is Dagger of Shadow Priests?

This will probably be my main, but I'm curious to know where to find it??? Please help! I want it now...

You find it under the ground in the dried up lake.
Whoops. That is where the dark protector is.

Oh dear. Sorry. I have terrible memory. That is where you get the dark protector.

If you want to pinpoint the boss which drops DotSP you can use the database site. It has the item list and maps linked to them.
