Hey guys, I'm pretty new at this game.
I'm level 17, AC 157%, AD 17-28, HP 61.

My gear:
Flagstone's Pride
Fine Green Hat
2 Villain's Rings
Stone Cuirass
Irogotu's Necklace
Reinforced Wooden Buckler
Troublemaker's Gloves
Vacor's Boots of Attack

Sorry for the long list! Should I change anything?
Where can I grind for xp or gold?

Welcome Phantom! You are doing great. Only thing is that I'd get some different armor, as what you are using has a huge attack cost penalty. Get either Hardened Leather Shirt for the 1 DR, or Villain's Leather Armor. And if you got Flagstone's Pride already, then you can go back there for some sweeting XP and gold griniding. And then once you have enough gold, get the Jewel of Fallhaven and prepare to use two skill points at level 30 on Combat Speed. Good luck!

Of course, if you are going to grind for a RoLS, you are just about at the point where you can do so efficiently and gain about 10-90 levels, depending on your luck.

Until level 30 and the Jewel of Fallhaven, the Necklace of the Protector from Loneford with its 2 DR (+1 from Irogotu) (plus the 1 from the previously suggested Hardened Leather Shirt) make it not so hard.

Or you could go crazy and go grind for a ROL, but that is only for those of us who are not entirely sane...

Either of those can be searched for easily if you want to know where/how.
