Strategy when farming

Hey! first of all i want to say that this is an awesome game, been playing for a few days now and i cant stop 
and second, i've been reading up on how the game works on the forum and i understand how the whole respawn-timer works and all that but im wondering what your strategy is when farming for example RoLS. Do you stay in one room and clear it out (and kill new spawns ofc) while waiting for the other room to respawn and then just change room and wait 3 more minutes and do the same thing again or how do you do it?
same with RoL, i cant come up with a good strategy to effectively farm them and i cant find any good answers on the forum either.
