how worthwhile is Concussion?

After searching around, i see that it lowers targets AC for 5 turns.
I am wondering if it stacks?
If so, it sounds good.
Otherwise I may save my SP's for other things.

I think it is a nice skill for an offensive build. There isn't much out that will lower the opponent's AC, Internal Bleeding (50%) and Fear (5%) are the others. IB takes a lot of skill points in Crits, so I like concussion better. And you could name him Captain Concuss!
