Is it possible in AT? and if it is what are your thoughts on it?

Would not be correctly feasible. Touch input on the main screen is dedicated to movement, swipes included. Changing tabs in the character UI (overview, quests, skills, inventory) is feasible though.

Swiping up is used for scrolling 
On the main screen there's the same issue with movement.

Isn't movement just pressing? I never had to swipe to move, but maybe there is no distinction.
