It can't find it

Please explain better what you mean by that.

I plugged my phone into my laptop, but it couldn't find the save file. There was no Andor's Trail file for me to upload

What is "it"? Windows Explorer (or if you are using a Mac, whatever the equivalent is)? When you click on "Add files" from the forum you can't find the savegame? Something else?

To be honest, I think this is almost certainly a futile exercise anyway. I would be very surprised if the savegame were anything other than what it appears to be, which is a level 14 savegame.

I'm just so confused, because I never saved a file at level 14. I only had one game, and it was far past level 14.

Maybe you relied only on the autosave feature, using only the "Continue current game" button, and never actually saved to a save slot.
In this case, you're doomed, as the autosave is not readable outside the game (it is data private to the app), and you most likely obliterated it by loading the lv14 one.

Ohhh...............so when I moved everything over to the SD card, it got rid of the "current game" from the autosave? There's no way to get it back? What if I were to -re-download AT on my old phone? Would it restore my old game? The one from autosave?

Because yes, I only ever used autosave. I guess I thought that counted as a save file too. It's really gone?

At some point you must have saved at level 14, even if you do not remember doing it. "Continue current game" will start back up wherever you left off. If you install AT on a new phone and do not transfer any savegame you would only be able to start at level 1 (obviously, because it has no record of anything else).

Regardless, if you were relying on "Continue current game", as soon as you loaded the level 14 game, that became the current game, and what was previously the current game was overwritten.

Aww darn. OK, well thanks anyway. Guess it's back to trying to get through Blackwater again.............

Make some real savegames this time . I even back mine up to my PC, in case the phone gets lost or destroyed.
