In the quest I can't find the . Been looking everywhere! Plz help.

Obviously you didn't look everywhere

The helmet is definetly somewhere out there. Keep checking the castle's rooms

If I can find it, (and I have) then anyone can find it.

Struggling with some other bits and pieces, but I'll keep going for now until I'm desperate enough to ask for help..........

The helmet is in the castle somewhere. Remember that castle means the whole area including all the buildings.

the problem why so many people can't find the quest item is because they don't probably try to interact with things walls etc. if you do just that, there should be no problem.

how can i get a special cystal vial since the fallhaven potion maker give me only a empty crystal vial?

If you have a "Crystal" vial, and not just an ordinary empty vial then go back and do the business and then fill the vial.
