Re: Automatically backing up your savegames
Google changed the way things have to work (as far as I can tell, to the benefit of nobody). So in later versions of Android you have to use the export / import buttons in AT to move games around.

Re: Automatically backing up your savegames
Hi,
I backed up my savegames on my computer before I started using a new phone. The I copied all data from my old to my new phone. Everything fine at that point. But now when I started playing AT on my new phone, the maps are not displayed, although the andors-trail folder is available in my downloads. How can I set the game to access this folder?

What version of Android are you using?
Use the import map feature in the game.

Re: Automatically backing up your savegames
It depends on the Android version: in newer Android versions this folder is not used any more.
Best export the savegames and worldmap from the old phone and import it on the new one.
The export/import functions are in the load menu of the game

Re: Automatically backing up your savegames
Its asking for a zip. Do I need to pack all maps in a zip first?
Edit: I Imported the maps as a zip, but the maps are still not available. What is going wrong?

Re: Automatically backing up your savegames
If you still have your old phone, use the "export savegames" button to bundle the maps into a zip

Re: Automatically backing up your savegames
Yes I know what u mean. On my new phone there is the option to import/export savegames and maps inside the game. But my old phone does not have the import/export button in the load menu. So I really dont know what to do now. I have tried everything u said
