As in this quest? Gave him the insect wings.

But now he's in Crossglen

And he rejected the rats tails as been mentioned through out this thread...

Look, every time you give him an item and he rejects it. Tell him to go away. When he goes away he does go away. Find him in a different spot and he will take what you were previously trying to give him

So I have finished most of the quests in the game but I can't find Halvor

in Blackwater

... where should I be looking? Someone said

outside a cave entrance but which one? I went up the whole mountain & all the way to the inner sanctum and back out again but he's not turning up.

I'm wondering if I've screwed something up by getting so many quests done before I refused him his rat tails.
