If you mean damage modifier, then no weapon should not have one . What weapon are you referring to?

oh, yes. modifier. for exemple Barbed dagger or Hunters sword. what means the absence of this modifier?

The Info for my Hunters Swords says 'damage modifier: 100%'
So it's not absent, 100% means you just won't get a boost on your AD by wielding it.
