Does Lodar live outside of normal space?

When you get to Lodar's house and try to look at the map, the game tells you "The map cannot be displayed from this location".
Looking at the map from elsewhere, it seems there's no place for Lodar's house to be.
So, does Lodar live in some sort of dimensional pocket?

Yes, evidently he does, because, as you note. his house cannot be where it is :D

You have discovered Andor's Trail magic. There used to be more but they're getting harder and harder to find.

I think it is the only remaining map that cannot fit into the worldmap correctly. Changing this would be a lot of work though, so Lodar will get to keep his dimensional pocket

After all, a dimensional pocket explains why Feygard soldiers haven't just cut the forest down to get to Lodar directly. :P
BUT then how
could there be some people from Nor City in the surrounding forest? The only way is through the cave, and Lodar should have noticed them on the way.

Lodar is mysterious, therefore anything that seems wrong, or you can't explain, can be waved away because you are just not enlightened enough to understand ;)
