The error is - cannot find 'Javaw.exe'

Open ATCS.cmd with a text editor. You should see a line like this: Is the version number of the Java directory correct?
You have to update this line after each Java update.

That's the correct file, yes. An environment variable is not set the way it should be, so ATCS can't find the Java executable. If you are serious about having a go with the maps, I'll put some effort into getting you up and running. However, this will require some trust on your part, and we will have to schedule a time to do this when we are both available. I will need to log in to your computer remotely. You can watch what I am doing, but of course you may not know what everything I am doing means in practice. You will have to trust that I am not a bad actor.
