where can I find this item? Are RoLS and RoFLS the same??

RotLS (ring of the lessor shadow) can be gained from slaughtering shadow gargoyle trainers and masters. The most stand out feature of it is regeneration.
Im not sure what RotFLS is sorry.

I would never give up the Shadow Regeneration. There are several other rings with really good stats.

I haven't yet lined up the stats to compare RoLS+RoFLS vs RoLS+RotP, but it's possible that for some builds the Shadow regen is less important than better stats. It would be an interesting playtest.
