Landa refuses to talk

In "flows through the veins", I talked to all people in the village, the fields and the guards station. And I did it very, very very often, but Landa still refuses to talk to me.
I'm using version 0.7.8 and I considered all hints in this forum. Now I'm shure it's a bug.

The problem is that I can't talk to Minarra about Loneford, after starting the quest "The path is clear to me". That's a missing option.
That's why Landa wont talk to me.

You have to find the two thieves and finish her request. Then she will talk about Loneford again.
