The underground way from city to river. IMO nice shortcut to Remgard.
Hi
What shortcut r u referring to? I have been trying to reach regard myself, but find the plaguestriders a tad bit difficult?
Could you post a pic of the entrance to this shortcut?
Thx

The "shortcut" does not skip the plaguestriders, or even the irdeghs.
Just a passage through a cave to get back to the river from Brinlmhaven without having to go back toward Loneford.

I've reached city with hero at level 19, there were no problems with finish all of seven quests. The most challenging is IMO
A quick glance. I killed the Bassilisk, but before talk with Fangwurm. Ups...
Thanks for your feedback. Do you have a suggestion what we could do to make it less challenging?
Maybe requiering to talk to Fangwurm before you can use the item?

I think that You don't need to change this quest. It is well balanced.
IMO
talk with Fangwurm
isn't required if He doesn't give You something necessary to continue playing or only gives a smaller benefit (item or something else).
There is the hint near the statue, so I didn't try to reach Bassilisk without mirror. I used hit and run tactics.
BTW, there is some gold in the cave, I found it in several places.
But there is something else:
I didn't find any potion-maker or merchant with potions.
In Brimhaven We are quite close to the river (and Izthiels), so maybe possibility of buying ointment of bleeding wounds will be helpful (or maybe add ring of bleeding wounds immunity  )

That's not directy shortcut to Remgard, but You can reach river near islands with bridges from Crossroads Guardhouse without any skirmish. Quite useful if you want to save some potions (and gold).

This release is an awesome piece of work, much fun to play! Thanks a lot to all of you!
It's great to see that all those dead-end roads finally lead somewhere. You must have been planning this city for years :-) I also like the plenty new decisions one can make.
I've tested the beta intensively but didn't find other issues than those mentioned here.
The key was really hard to find though. Maybe give one more hint to talk to a priest before shedding the Basilik's blood?
In the book: The portal became 'deactivated' sounds too intentional to me. Maybe replace by blocked/impassable/destroyed/collapsed? (Depending on how much damage you want to express.)

something I call that 'bonemeal ambush'. :o Luckily they found nothing.
Where can I find it?
