1. Jakrar axe - Where the hell is this axe located? Searched using the hints provided by some players, still I can't find it. Is the axe located underground areas, or is it hidden within the bush or something?

Some clear pointers would be really helpful here

2 Weapon Accuracy skill - Does the 12% increase happens every level? For ex: Level12:12%, Level13 another 12%...etc OR every 4 levels of the skill. I am bit confused about what "per skill level" 12% increase means?

Nope. Checked every area in and around the Crossroads. Saw many foxes and wolves but found no axe nearby them.
Attached a screenshot of the surroundings. There are still many areas I have yet to uncover. Is the axe located in any of those 'black' spaces which I have yet to discover?

Thanks a lot. Got the axe, finally! I didn't realise animals would carry axe in their pockets

Phew! A relief from walking all the way to Floaming ..saves time.

The wolf leader might have eaten somebody carrying the axe perhaps?

How about the wolf was simply standing/sitting on it?

My dog would have taken the axe to gnaw the stick...
