People, which cities are not yet in the game, for example, is there Nor City in the extreme south? I can never get past some maps like the road near Flagstone prison ... anyway, tell me!

Is this still the case in the latest version? Tried looking for Brightport without success, I ran into a post from about 8 or 9 years ago that said it was slated for the next update..
Been playing this on and off for awhile, so ya, I know what that means, lol.
