Anyone knows what this item is used for?

Edit:
So far, this is what I have found:
Blue berries: between Fallhaven and Stoutford
Ice berries: Near Blackwater Mountain entrance

Just have them put on and be attentive in the wild, you should find it out

Not asking the location specifically, but could you provide a hint of the area where the glove is found, like Fallhaven, Crossglen, etc?

In one of the new maps added as per the 7.13 update. One has to find a secret within a secret.

Is it a one time miracle?
Do they regenerate?
