It is a loot drop. Pretty sure have come across. Even amphibian skins or something like that. Monsters in the elm mine or the other one below Prim.

I might be wrong but during BETA and FINAL version of 0.7.14, I made 3 new characters with range of MF (zero, medium (lvl. 100 in Decimal or 64 in Hexadecimal), and high (lvl. 597 in Decimal or FF in Hexadecimal)) respectively to, experimentally, obtain new items - unique (Rare, Extraordinary, and Legendary) and ordinary.
Not mentioning that I travelled back and forth 7th times to and fro Elm Mine during the said versions with the stated characters.
THIS is the main reason why I, somehow, know the fresh items after the release of the another surprising update.
And I do not look upon the

open-source codes

or so-called the AT dictionary.

For instance, there's a new item (as of v.0.7.14)

, specifically "Unknown Gem" (extracted from the...),

in AT Directory that has been listed and yet didn't include their location or attachment. Although it exists and is obtainable in the game.

Maybe the dev also missed the

amphibian gloves

and will be considered as "bug".
