Cheddar Cheese and the green maze

It's me again...
I have tried to finish the rare delicacies quest recently.
My problem is that i cant buy cheddar from charwood.
As far as i read i have to finish trial by fire first, which i have done. I have also defeated the monster in the cave so the people are willing to trade with me. But i seem to miss the step where i can buy actual Charwood Cheddar? It's not in the hut further down south where i have completed long lost memories recently.
Also i forgot how to trigger the green maze password. I thought i'd have to talk to
which i did but he doesnt seem to tell me any news on a lost potion.
As far as I remember i should get sent to
to get the password but
doesnt send me there. I finished the key of luthor quest so there shouldnt be an issue in my opinion??
Any hints for this would be much appreciated.

It seems I haven't updated Andors quest with Umar and that was why he didnt send me to the next place...
I'll try to speak to the lady you mentioned for the cheese.

For the cheese... I'm assuming that you've already talked to the old man that wants it? You won't get the dialogue that asks for the cheese unless you have talked to the old man first.

I have the same problema: I already have completed the trial by fire, already have talked to the old man.
But when I talk to Khoralia, se only sells regular cheese. And the old man doesnt want It.

Yes, I Go there having these 3 itens, but he keeps saying he wants that and there is no dialog to give him. I've tried to drop the items near him, with no success either
