I wanted to ask how should I spend My Skill points ?

Also if i have corpse Eater do I need to spend
skill point in regeneration.

Corps eater helps when you are able to hit often enough, which might be difficult for strong monsters. I am always glad that with regeneration in case of need I could just stay in a calm place to heal.
Other players rely on food/potions.
You'll have to try it out yourself what you prefer.
