Armor of Order

Please, this idea should be implemented in 0.8.0.
Features of this armor:
1. Chance to block +14
2. Chance to attack +13
3. Lowers max health -12
4. Reises damage resistance by 1
5. On source: 15% Chance on Stone skin (5 rounds) When hitting target
6. On source: 4% Chance on Ablaze (4 rounds) When hitting target
*Characteristics of this armor: Legendary :!:
*Category: Armor (light) :!:
*About armor: This armor is made from an alloy of light stones resembling light and has a magmatic hue in appearance. :!:

1, 2 and 3 are OP by themselves. In the aggregate, they make this item god-like.

We've talked about an item that provides immunity to criticals, but I don't remember if we thought that this was a good idea or not.

Revise the stats to something more reasonable and we can talk.

Action points +2 is also very OP. That's equivalent to 2 levels of the combat speed skill.

Something more along the lines of:

1. 2 DR
2. Immunity to critical hits
3. 13 BC
4. -10 AC

I'm not saying that this is doable, I'm just throwing that out as an idea

the ability Immunity to critical hits makes DR builds workable.
the maximum DR is:

+1 from Dark protector or Helm of Foreseeing
+2 from that armor
+2 from Superior necklace of the protector
+1 from Black defender or Guynmart shield
+1 form Arulir skin gloves
+1 from Boots of the Globetrotter
+3 from Lord Erwyn's ring
+2 from Polished ring of damage resistance
+5 from bark skin
+2 from shield proficiency
1+2+2+1+1+1+3+2+5+2=20

The maximum damage taken will be hit by Aluil pack leader, who hits 27-20=7

Which means there will be only around 20 kinds of monster can damage players without special effect. It is really not balance.

The idea is good, but is it better to turn the effect into "lower 0.5 enemies' critical modifier (can't be lower than 1)"?

For example, enemies with 2.5 critical modifier will be 2
1.2 will be 1. It sounds more balance.

I didn't realize you could get that much DR. You would have to be at a high level and give up a lot of other good gear to get it though.
