For Feyguard loyalists, perhaps the guards could gift some regular potions, or a Feyguard ring, or something unique? That could be Extraordinary Item only obtained this way?

idk, i never saw a policeman pull someone over and give them a gift for free. andor's brother would need to have pretty strong reputation with them, i guess.
