Any idea if the issue is a simple fix. Or will this issue make all of us restart over again?

We don't know what the fix is, yet. But it will not make everyone start over.

Is just me or the new specific humanoid NPC

will only spawn once and randomly drop new extraordinary item

and randomly drop two new ordinary items

instead of not because they are ordinary?
