Quicklearner suggestion

Hey,
I tried search and didnt find a topic for that, only old threads so i hope i am doing it here correctly. In discprd the last thing i read about it is that there isnt a good idea for it so far. So i will try it:

What about this:
QL 1/2
+10% XP and every 10th level 1 extra Chance for +5hp/+3ac/+1ad/+3bc
QL 2/2
+20% XP and every 5th level 1 extra chance....
I didnt do the math to that, but maybe something like this might be interesting

Or

QL 1/2
+10% XP and +2 ac ,+2 bc and +5% crit/round fighting the same enemy, because you learn his weakness.
QL 2/2
+20% XP and +5 ac, +5bc and +10% crit
Might also strengthen defensive low damage builds

Thank you

IMO, QL should be left as a way to get XP faster, and no more than that. I have thought that the benefit per level should be increased though, and the number of levels capped. Currently it's not a very attractive skill.

I agree with you, rijackson741. It's not very attractive like me  especially if the character has a high level of 50+. How about change it retroactively (by 10 levels instead of by 4 levels) to make it not "OP" or "EXP-grinding-no-more" and further effective and helpful?

We can't change most skills retroactively. There is not enough information in the savegame.

Sad. Either way, thank you for the reply.

Imo this would still only change the amount of xp gained and a wonderful Support skill for the (intelligent) tankchar.
As you (or someone else said somewhere) gaining XP is not enough or would be op at some point. So giving it something that might be temporary f.e. in battle would give it some kick.
A one-hitter or fast attacker wouldnt benefit too much because the enemies would die fast anyway. But a char that fights multiple rounds and is smart and able to learn quick in this fight could get a temporary and stackable effect for this enemy/fight.
Forget the Extra level-up chance every x levels.
But a stackable battleboost that wouldnt even effect savegames would come in Handy and wouldnt go against the name.
5x (+3 ac ,+3 bc and +5% crit) to a max of
+15ac +15bc +25%crit after 5 rounds until next battle +10%xp

5x (+6ac, +6bc and +10% crit) to a max of
+30ac +30bc +50%crit after 5 rounds... +20%XP

Or even QL 1-3
+1 +1 +3% +10%XP (30% Chance for a stack) at lvl 10
+3 +3 +6 +20% XP (50% Chance for a stack) at lvl 20
+5 +5 +10 +30%XP (50% Chance for a stack) at lvl 30
Is an early benefit and a long time benefit, makes tanks more competable, wouldnt be op or too weak, corresponds to its name, no need to change anything with savefiles aaaaand makes it more attractive...

If this is total crap, just say it and i wont say anything to it anymore :innocent:

 Impressive idea. Are you suggesting to create a new skill namely "Support skill" or something like that OR to modify the QL with that stated behavior?

I'm also thinking about any weapon or any equipment that boosts exp gain just like the "XP Boost Artifact" in Zelda. Is it doable, development team?

Thank you.
No new skill, only modify it.

You are adding too many things into one skill. The XP bonus as well as HP, AC, AD, and BC is too much.

I see.
so QL should be something like this as you said before:
QL 1 +10%
QL 2 +20%
QL 3 +33%
?

And what about adding a sepperate skill called "Adapting technique"?
that would be especially helpful for longer battles and tanks

AT 1/2
5x (+3 ac ,+3 bc and +5% crit) to a max of
+15ac +15bc +25%crit after 5 rounds until next battle
AT 2/2
5x (+6ac, +6bc and +10% crit) to a max of
+30ac +30bc +50%crit after 5 rounds...

1-3
+1 +1 +3% (30% Chance for a stack) at lvl 10
+3 +3 +6% (50% Chance for a stack) at lvl 20
+5 +5 +10% (50% Chance for a stack) at lvl 30

or even this
1/3
+5ac/round (50% Chance for a stack) needs WeaponAcc 1
2/3 previous and
+5bc/round (50% Chance for a stack) needs Dodge 1
3/3 previous and
+10% crit/round (30% Chance for a stack) needs More crits 1

all stackable 5 times to a max of +25/+25/+50%

the best about this skill would be its name: AT 😜
