2 NEW Skills that makes you a Dracula

We currently have a Corpse Eater, but what do you think about this 2 skills that would help you sustain in fight?


Vampiric Touch

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤCurrent level: ?/3
Gives +1 health points(HP) on every hit per skill lever.


To level this skill, you need at least 50 Health(base stats).

To level this skill, you need to be at least level level 20.

To level up this skill you need at least level 2 of Corpse Eater.

To level up this skill you need at least level 2 of Regeneration.

2.5% of all damage you deal is converted into HP per skill lever.


To level this skill, you need at least 50 Health(base stats).

To level up this skill you need at least level 2 of Vampiric Touch.

What does "Current level: ?/2" mean?

The Vampire skill is OP. 10% of your AD per hit is an awful lot. If the player has 30+ AD, than that is 3+ HP per hit. Yikes. Way to much.

Yeah, I already nerfed it. Note you wont be able to level it before level 40. Also, note that you do get hit by 50 at that level, so it aint that much at that level any more.

About level thingy, i just tried to copy the way skill are descripted in game. It Basically means that it would have 2, or as updated, 3, levels

"The Vampire" is OP past level 1. Even at 3.33%. I would cap this at one level, or 3 and drop the HP % gain to 1%

You need to be lvl 52 to cap it out, right? At that level you usually do between 30-60 dmg if you are perfectly geared. So u basically heal 3-6 HP per hit. Lets say you are duel wielding 2 RoLs, then you heal additional 0-6 HP. From Vampiric Touch you can get 3 more HP per hit. That is basically 6-15 HP per hit at level 52. Assuming you get to hit three times per round, you are able to heal 18-45 assuming that you land all hits.

With 3% life leech you would be able to get 1-2 HP regen per attack at that level from that skill. 3 from Vampiric Touch. In case you are dual wielding 2 RoLs you heal additional 0-6 HP per hit. That is basically 4-11 HP per hit.
Given that you get to to attack 3 times per round you would get 12-33 HP per round, if all of attacks landed successfully.

In case you are not dual wielding 2 legendary weapons which each has 0.01% drop chance, you will be leeching 6-9 HP per hit, which is a bit more than 2 RoLs themselves if we take 10% life leech as standard. If we take 3% then we will you will be leeching 4-5 HP per round, which is basically 2 RoLs. Second skill would end up less usefull at late game than a skill thats prerequirement to be able to level up the actual skill, i don't think that is the right approach. Maybe 2.5%/5% would be a decent compromise.

Anyhow to make this build possible and then efficient you would need 14 or 15 skill points, depending on whether The Vampire ends up being a 2 or 3 skill points skill which makes you unable to complete it until lvl 60(56), which is quite a late game build. You would need 1 increased fortitude, 2 corpse eater, 2 regeneration, 3 vampiric touch, 3(2) the vampire, 2 combat speed, 2 fighting style. What I am saying is you would not be able to go for anything besides this for your whole gameplay. I do not think it is overloaded abillity because one enemy at that level can do up to 50 dmg per attack, they usually have enough AP for 2 attacks.

Compare to what already exists. RoL only gives 0-3 HP on hit and 3 HP on kill. RoLS gives 1 HP per round. Corpse eater is 1 HP per skill level, on kill, not hit.
A skill that gives you 1 HP on hit and even 1% of AD per hit is OP. My main build would get 7-8 HP on every hit.

Yes, but it would take a lot of investment. Early game would be very hard, you would not be able to level skills and stats the way you want and it would not start paying off until current late game. In that way it is pretty similar to current monk build. They have a way of negating all damage done by other party. That is pretty OP in a way as well, no? But you won't be able to use it until mid or even late game
